BBQ at Janda Baik

I've been wanting to go to waterfall for the past few weeks and eventually I made a plan to ask Kat and Razak to join me and By for a camping. Well, sort of.

I slept over at Kat's room in UIA and we started our journey right after she finished her presentation stuff the day after that. Ehy wait, she said the presentation would be postponed because there was an akad nikah at her campus. Owh yeah, now we know that people do akad nikah in UIA right.

The BBQ stuffs dah di ready kan oleh By and Razak. So we decided to go Janda Baik instead of Ulu Yam, the place that we planned in the first place. By drove to Janda Baik and yeah, it wasn't that far as I expected. Like half an hour journey. We didn't know which place would be a good port for us to go mandi2 and BBQ and luckily  we stopped by at this warung and asked the Abang about the road and everything. He is so helpful and even offered us to join his adventurous activities in future. Yeah he said he does the jungle tracking, flying fox and etc. And we took our lunch at his warong first then baru gerak ke destinasi yang dinantikan.

Dah sampai, we bentang the tikar at this one place nie.

Kat and Razak marinate the fish, sotong and the prawns while me and By went cari kayu kayu kering as bahan bakar.

 It was damn adventurous as the rain kejap2 ada kejap2 berhenti. So that's the difficult part about BBQing the chicken, sotong, ikan and prawns. Luckily we managed to cook every each of them. Huhu. Sungai Janda Baik memang terbaik. Sejuk sangat....
