While skyping with by, he turned his webcam to his Puan (that's what he calls his granny).
And I excitedly waved to her, smile and wave, smile and wave.
And she cutely smiled back to me.
She looked soft like a baby.
And as By turned back his webcam to himself, I saw By laughing, and with that rabbit teeth, it does mean something. He kept giggling and laughing and rolling on the floor. And I was like,,,what's wrong with this dude?
(FYI, I muted my lappy's speaker so that's why, tend to not interrupt the other friends watching So You Think You Can Dance?)
Then I asked Ain for her earphone. As I plugged it into my laptop, the first word I heard was
"TEMBAM"
Okay this is getting so exciting right?
And cluelessly I asked him,
"What did she say?"
But he didn't answer but kept laughing laughing and giggling instead.
And then I heard again,
Malacca dialect
"Bulat muko eyh. Tembam. Haa bilo tergolak tu lagi tombam muko eyh. Cari la yang lawa2 sikit. Nie tembam" And she kept repating the word TEMBAM.
Weird kan it does sound similar like Negeri Sembilan's dialect.
When you are running out of cash at the end of the month, you insist to not tell to tell your mom or dad about it.
And then suddenly your mom called and asked.
"Busy ke? Cukup duit x? How much left? "
Mom : Okay nanti Ibu suruh Ayah transfer RM100.
And then the "click" sound of my SMS
PBeBank transfer RM120
Me : Thanks Ayah. Sebenarnye cukup je duit. Dah ada budget planning..Hehe
Ayah : Good.. Save it if you don't need it.
Me : Will do..=)
I'm doing some research about Rosalind Cartwright's Problem Solving-Dream Theory where she said that some people might get a solution for their problem from their dream. A lot of experiments she has done yet there are some other psychologists disagree with her thesis as they said that people do not get solution simply by dreaming about the current conflicts that they are facing. But its just a reflection of their waking life memory.
The most famous of Rosalind Cartwright's research is the dream of those who are depressed from a recent divorce, may contribute to overcome their depression. This can explain why some people seem to recover from depression while others do not.
Rosalind Cartwright said
"The preliminary data suggests that emotional problem solving takes place during dreaming. Preliminary data reveals that when dreams of the ex-spouse are seen in a casual or distant manner, the recently separated or divorced person will begin to recover and cope with the life change.
While the opponent asserted that
"Dreaming about a former spouse does not necessarily mean that the dreams contain any solutions to problems arising from the divorce. Instead, it more likely simply "reflects" a concern with the issue."
However, Cartwright also conluded that,
"The study is suggestive.
There was only one night of dream collection, and some who did not dream of the spouse that night might well be experiencing a great deal of incorporation of the problem of this relationship on other nights. Also there was a long gap between that one night of dreaming and the follow-up interview, during which many new reality factors would have intervened"
"There's no solution but at least human being benefit from working through it"
What bugging me about her research for my presentation is her another thesis states about the sleepwalking people as known as somnumbulism. I am just a little bit confused whether this research does relate to my main presentation as in her Problem Solving-Dream Theory or not? I wish someone can explain to me about this. If say I ask Mr Tarosh, I bet he would say,, "That's the part you need to search yourself"
2 hours later....
Done with the slides....
Not gonna put the sleepwalking thingie as part of my presentation because I assumed it just out of my topic even though the research has been done by the same psychologist.
But the conclusion is, take a long sleep when you're upset. It's not gonna help you to solve the problem, but
"If you go to sleep with a bad mood, the brain goes to work right away on negative dream material at the beginning of the night so the bad mood has dissipated by the end of the night."
However, don't underestimate her research as there's a proof that a famous chemist found a structural formula of Benzene from his dream after a long period of time he had been working on it.
People might be able to cope better strategies to solve problem by dreaming. Why am I saying that?
So, did you learn anything today? Yes I do. Now I know that thesis and theses are just the same thing. Stupid me.

Yeah I've changed my blog's layout again. From funky and cheerful to this more sentimental values or say a picture, whatever. And the only reason is that, I hate myself for lying about my sadness. As in cheerful all the time, like how funky my blog used to be? How cheerful it was to represent myself? Yeah I do cover my sadness where I don't like crying in front of others(except certain people in my life). I don't feel like expressing every single bit of it to my friends. So to my deary tummy.idora thanks for being my one and only unresponsive listener.
I don't cry in front of them, I've tried not to. But I failed...Teeheee....
Teehee video...

If remember my blog was titled "Ups&Downs". There are a lot of things that can be signified from that as it resembles the cycle of a wheel. That's how life plays in our lives. Just so glad for being more matured, more rational and calmer in accepting every fate, either at the top or at the bottom, it doesn't matter. It's just the human basic behavior to feel happy and depress. But not too happy and too depress. What makes it different from the normal people point of view, is how they control their emotion. Not being too braggy or cocky (whatever ways you wanna address it) with their achievement, or too depress, hopeless with your failures.
Whenever you feel upset, hopeless and depress, just recall the good moments that you've experienced. Something that related to your sadness.
Say if it's about your study, then go to your academic life memory. Can you see the picture that you're not a total joker? Just cry if you're a normal person.
Purposely stay back to do the macro research for our project. Done with that, went downstairs and rush to go back. But before that, ordered a Peanut Chocolate waffle and rush outside. Sadly to say, it is raining quite heaviily. And that is the only reason why I'm here.
20 minutes later...
Hujan nak berhenti. And as usual (recently la), just cover my head with my scarf sebab hujan still renyai-renyai. Nak jugak balik....
Kalau balik KP ramai2, Mom sure cook lauk nie. So scrumptious. Sedap gila and that's the reason why couldn't wait until.....
Dah jadi macam ni baru nak ambik gambar. Wink
The more someone needs a relationship, the less power that someone has in it. Contrarily, the less a person needs a relationship, the greater that person's power. Let's say in a love relationship, the person who maintains greater power is the one who would find it way easier to break up the relationship. And the reason why the other partner has little power, because he/she is more unwilling to break up. He/she is more dependent on the relationship, so that's why.
What I've learnt from IPC class, where Power follows the principle of less interest. Yeah you might not realize that, but things happen.
Speaking from my side, I don't know. Dua2 sama je...Hehehehehhehe
I was dammmmmmmnnnn busy this whole week. Okay.. Not really. But was busy studying for Accounting test which was, just now. I don't know what crap I wrote on my answer shit. Ehy I mean, asnwer sheet. I believe the paper was quite easy though, but I focused too much on topic that I found quite difficult for my brain cells to absorb, and I neglected the topic which should be quite easy to answer. Damn Damn Damn. Stressed up! I Boley pulak confused tadi to spell either its "cell brains" or "brain cells". Craaaap..

Do you prefer a girl who can smile like this?
Or a noob like this?
Okay sorry again if you think I talk a lot about him. But its the reality. How can I lie when I'm not a liar.
I know the blog is craving for my birthday stories, so here you are some slot of my life about celebrating my birthday with my beloved people. This part dengan Syafeeq Asyraf. What's so special about my Birthday? Celebrating your 20th birthday isn't as dull as you thought. Well as you know, you're not gonna go back to experience your teen life anymore. Crap. Wanna know the special parts of my Birthday, scroll down.
I celebrated this 20th Birthday with my one and only Sayang the day before 9th March. And yeah, that's the reason why some of my friends said
"Idora, why you look so beautiful today?" (as in the dress I wore)
"Owh Idora, you got a date arr?"
"Hey Idora, is it your anniversary or something?"
I Just smiled and giggled.
Haha..Wanna know what I wore that day? And created so much of wonderment and assumption?
There you go....
Yeah it's a dinner dress. So that happens when you wear it to class.
Okay mula2, we went to Red Box sing sang sung some songs while having sandwiches and spaghetti. While sing sing sing my lists of songs ( Celine Deon's, Mariah Carrey's, Alicia Keys's, etc..) after his songs (Dirty Little Secret, POD, etc..), and then I saw a Happy Birthday song in the last list on the screen. Okay, he's so gonna sing the song for me.
There you go again. He seemed shy shy a bit, especially the "Happy Birthday to Sayang" part, after I forced him to do so. Hahha. Just focus on the second part he sang.
If you recognized this pianist at Sunway Pyramid, he always play dengan sepenuh hati. And selama ni I've been dreaming to talk to him. And guess what? By asked him to play a Birthday Song for me.
His name is Ideun and he's a Korean. There you go.
We wanted to watch No Strings Attached but the last show would be at 6.40pm. That's too early for a date-movie. I was quite upset, but By said
"Tak semesti nya Birthday you nak kena tengok cerita romantic je"
And I was like...
"Hello, everytime tengok movie kita trengok thriller je kot."
Eventually, we decided to watch 127 Hours. It wasn't that bad though. And then lepak2 dekat our usual port.
By offered me to treat me to Birthday dinner and I chose FullHouse.
As usual I would always want to have my meal dekat bahagian dalam, but the manager said it was full, but I saw it's wasn't. And to confirm, I asked,
"Do you mean this section is reserved?" and he said "Yeah"
Ok then pergi la kat luar. And then there were two chairs decorated with balloon and I told the waiters that I just pick that table la since its been decorated.
By assumed, "Hurm ni mesti couple yang bawak bunga tadi celebrate Birthday diorang kat sini agak nye tadi,"
Haha rezeki rezeki.
By said I can order as many as I want. Owh I love my little Tummy. So I ordered a mushroom Chicken Chop, and then I said,
"By you said everything on you right? Then lepas ni I nak order Salmon Stick pulak ey"
This is mine
This is his
Dah habes makan, I thought wanna wait for awhile la, kasi tummy ni relax dulu baru order Salmon. So while waiting perut merehatkan diri, By asked me to take his pictures.
There you go....
I said, " Haish sejak bila pulak you jadi camwhore nie?"
Mengomel ngomel ngomel ngomel and then out of the blue...From behind I heard
"Happy Birthday to you
Happy Birthday to you
Happy Birthday to (forgot what they said)
Happy Birthday to you..."
They were the FullHouse waiters, with a cake.
I was completely shocked and I kept asking By, "By you buat ke? By you buat ke? By you buat ke?"
And he said, "Yeah I buat."
Ya Allah masa tu rasa macam berenang renang di awangan. And I teared up a little. Rupanya he asked me to take his pictures just to attract my attention on him otherwise nanti terpandang the waiters pulak.
It's Tiramisu cake yang I nak sangat.
There you go...
By said he planned this whole thing with the manager since last week while I was busy looking for my mom's present. He bagi the cake while I was having my Macro class, and then he fetched me straight to Sunway. So how on earth can I expect that he planed this surprise for my Birthday. Well at least it worked, not disastrous like I did for his Birthday last week. And the balloon chairs pon was totally his idea rupanya. Damn it. He's very good with surprises.
Hurm I couldn't stop smiling, giggling and swimming in the air. Hehe. Well who's not gonna snap snap pictures with this little cute car after had their meals at FullHouse right.
Okay 9th Match isn't just my Birthday, but our anniversary as well. Okay I know, some people might feel uneasy with this. Yela couple pon nak annviersary2 bagai. But for me, I personally think that its kinda okay. Well,,,because some might ask,
"How long have you guys been together?"
So technically you need a date to answer the question right.
Yeah we officially declared on the night of my Birthday last year.
Yes it's quite awkward to face your other friends, when you date your own friend.
